ESC provides frontline technical support on Microsoft technologies, including O365; Cloud; System Centre; Lync; Server; Exchange; Desktop Technologies and many more. The ESC is a Microsoft Gold Partner and has the ability to escalate calls directly to Microsoft Ltd and HP where appropriate. A not-for-profit organisation based out of Nottingham Trent University, the ESC is uniquely placed to support the academic community.
